Experience
I earned a bachelor's degree at Southern Illinois University and a master's in Finance at Harvard Business School. My first tutoring experience came in grad school when I was selected to help first-year students. The majority of my experience is teaching students who have interest in business subjects like Marketing, Economics, Finance, Leadership, Strategy, and Management. Most of my work was in relation to helping students in these fields better understand their major area of interest. I am also comfortable helping students prepare for the GMAT. What I love about tutoring is teaching students that concepts we cover are not only useful in getting better grades and working towards graduation, but can also be applied to many areas of their personal lives. I am passionate about the importance education has in a healthy life, and attempt to pass that thinking on to the students I tutor. In my free time I am an avid long-distance runner. In the last three years I have participated in many extreme distance races, even running an ultra-marathon. I also love to travel.
