Experience
I am a tutor with broad experience in teaching secondary-level and college-level subjects. These range of subjects include English, human geography, world history, social studies, essay editing, government, special education, college essays, and writing. I received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas State University, as well as master's degrees in Secondary Education and Applied Geography. Just a few of my academic achievements include graduating as the 2011 Outstanding Graduate Student in Liberal Arts, becoming an Alpha Chi National College Honor Society inductee, and working as a Graduate Assistant for the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. My diverse background gives me the opportunity to teach my students how to go above and beyond with their test preparations, assignments, and developing their basic skill sets. Beyond my tutoring, I currently reside in McKinney, Texas and love nature, reading, and writing. I can also be found strumming my guitar, hiking, and working out in my spare time.
