Experience
I attended Miami University where I studied French and literature. I also minored in European area studies. Along with attending Miami University, I have had the privilege to travel and live in France. While there, I explored the beautiful country and visited many regions. As for my teaching experience, I have taught French at the college level. I also have taught French at the high school level while living in Illinois. Because of relocation due to my husband's job, I am currently residing in McKinney, Texas, where I am in the process of looking for tutoring work. I enjoy the French language and have a passion for it. I believe that I teach in a pretty straightforward manner. I can explain some of the most difficult French grammar rules in a way that is easily understood by students. I believe that learning a new language should be fun and exciting. When I am not teaching, I can be found in the kitchen. I also love playing the piano. I am looking forward to working with you or your child and helping you reach your French language goals.
